摘要
为了研究聚苯乙烯(PS)与聚乙二醇(PEG)不相容非晶/结晶共混体系的结晶行为,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对此共混系统的体相结晶行为进行了表征.利用偏光显微镜(POM)观察了共混物薄膜的结晶形貌.DSC结果表明:PS含量的改变对PEG结晶温度、熔融温度及结晶能力并无明显影响.XRD观察PEG在19°和23°处有明显的衍射峰,且23°处的峰强度明显大于19°处的峰强度,而PS的加入使得两个峰强度接近.偏光显微镜观察发现PS并未改变PEG的球晶形貌,在PEG球晶中分散有明显的球形PS分散相区,说明PS/PEG共混物发生了明显的宏观相分离行为.
To investigate the crystallization behavior of immiscible non-crystalline/crystalline polystyrene (PS)/poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)blend,the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC)and X-ray diffraction (XRD)were used to characterize the crystallization behavior in bulk,and the polarizing microscope(POM)was used to observe the crystallization morphology of the film.Based on the DSC results,the adding of PS had little effect on the crystallization,melting temperatures and crystallization ability.Two peaks at 19°and 23°were observed by XRD,and the intensity of the peak at 23°was larger than that at 19°,however,the two peaks had approximately intensities when the PS was added.The crystallization morphology of spherulite was observed in both of the neat PEG film and PEG/PS films, but a difference existed,i.e.,the PS dispersed phase (spherical dark domains)can be observed for the PS/PEG blends,which indicated that the macro phase separation behavior occurred in the blends.
