摘要
信息时代图书馆职业的发展面临新的挑战。通过对全国三大系统图书馆员学历和专业结构、自我认知和职业认同感等方面的调查分析,探讨不同专业背景馆员的职业发展,只要有配套的图书馆职业制度保护,管理办法的鼓励与督促,再加上继续教育、培训等配套措施的实施,就能帮助他们尽早实现自我的职业生涯目标,找到工作中的归属感和成就感,推动图书馆事业健康发展。
The career development of librarians is now facing new challenges in the information era. This paper analyzed the career development of librarians with different backgrounds through an investigation on different librarians from three main library systems in China, covering the following aspects: the structure of diplomas and majors, self-cognition and professional self-identity. With the supporting system of library professionalism, the encouragement and supervision of regulations as well as further education and training opportunities and measures, it was possible to help librarians to achieve their professional goals and find their sense of professional self-identity during their work,so as to promote the rapid and healthy development of library.
