摘要
通过分析"11规则"下的船上医疗救护培训的实施,找出当前船员医疗救护培训存在的不足。为了进一步提高船员的医疗救护技能和学习兴趣,更加有效、熟练地运用到航海实践中去,提出了将医疗救护演习应用于船员医疗培训中的设想,并进行了初步实践,分析了"演习"的优点,同时提出了"以演代考"的考核模式。
Through the analysis of implementation of medical first -aid training on board under the STCW code ,2011 ,the de-ficiency in current seafarer medical training was discovered .For the purpose of further improvement of seafarer medical first -aid skills and learning interest ,and more efficient and proficient application of the first -aid skills into maritime practice ,the medical first-aid drills in seafarer medical training was put forward ,the advantages of drills were explained ,the testing mode of“drills instead of tests”was proposed ,and a new teaching mode was discussedin this paper .
