摘要
通过"国家大学生学习情况调查"网络调查平台,对我国48所高校、共计59372名大学生进行了学校归属感的影响因素调查。运用二元Logistic回归对数据进行分析发现:大学生个体差异对学生学校归属感产生直接影响;家庭社会经济地位对学生学校归属感不产生直接影响;院校声誉对学生学校归属感产生正向影响。为此,应关注学生个体差异,构建和谐校园;加大校园支持力度,提高学生满意度;增加学生社会实践机会,培养责任意识。
The undergraduates' sense of school belonging survey involves 59372 undergraduates in 48 Chinese colleges. The result shows that undergraduates' sense of school belonging in different groups is different and family socioeconomic status has no direct influence on undergraduates' sense of school belonging. Moreover, the sense of school belonging of the undergraduates who are in the "985" or "211" project universities is better than those in gen- eral universities. Based on the results, some suggestions have been brought out:paying closer attention to the differences of different student groups, constructing harmonious campus and giving more support so as to improve students' satisfaction, and providing students more opportunities in their social studying to develop their sense of responsibility.
