双语Seminar教学法在医学生临床见习带教中的探索与实践 被引量:18

摘要 目的观察双语Seminar教学法在医学生临床见习中的效果。方法在30名七年制医学生的临床见习中实施双语Seminar教学法。根据教学大纲选取肝胆外科相关的典型病例,采用英语、汉语双语Seminar教学法完成临床见习教学。以填写评价单作为教学效果的评估。结果实施双语Seminar教学法后,绝大多数学生认为双语Seminar教学法的教学模式非常好,不仅可以学习临床医学专业知识,又能以英文表述常见疾病的临床诊治要领。90%以上的学生对此教学方法非常满意。结论双语Seminar教学法具有互动性、民主性、激励性的特点,能够获得满意的教学效果。 Objective This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of Bilingual Seminar teaching in clinical practice teaching of medical students. Methods A total of 30 clinical medicine students were recruited in this study. We selected typical cases related to hepatobiliary surgery according to the teaching outline, and English and Chinese bilingual Seminar teaching was used in clinical practice. After the end of the teaching, the teaching effectiveness survey was performed. Results The majority of students believe that bilingual Seminar teaching was excellent. This teaching method not only can learn medical knowledge, but also can express the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in English. More than 90% of the students are very satisfied with this teaching method. Conclusions Performing Bilingual Seminar teaching which is interactive, democratic and incentive can achieve satisfied teaching effectiveness.
