摘要
目的了解电话鼓励对中国乡镇成年居民体能运动量的影响。方法 2014年3月至2015年3月严格按照招募标准和准入要求选择电话鼓励组居民39人,给予相应电话鼓励干预;对照组居民35人,给予普通电话干预。阳性评定标准:(1)每天坚持体能锻炼,并坚持2个月;(2)每天慢跑500 m以上;(3)感觉身体好转,慢性疾病症状好转;(4)有坚持锻炼的决心并鼓励家人及亲人、朋友一同锻炼。分析比较两组居民体质量指数及阳性率。结果干预后电话鼓励组阳性率[89.74%(35/39)]明显高于对照组[20.00%(7/35)],体质量指数[(21.7±5.4)kg/m2]明显低于干预前[(24.5±87.6)kg/m2],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电话鼓励可有效提高中国乡镇成年居民体能运动意识和体能运动量,降低居民体质量指数,是一种提高乡镇成年居民体能运动量的有效手段。
Objective To understand the effect of telephone encouragement on the adult residents' physical exercise level in the villages and towns of our country. Methods 39 residents in the telephone encouragement group were selected from March 2014 to March 2015 strictly according to the recruitment standard and the access requirements and given the corresponding tele- phone encouragement intervention;5 residents in the control group were given the common telephone intervention. The positive as- sessment criteria: (1)insisting on physical exercise every day for 2 months; ( 2)jogging every day for over 500 m; (3) feeling the body turning to well and the improvement of the chronic disease symptoms; (4)having the determination for insisting on exercise and en- couraging the family members ,relatives and friends to exercise together. The body mass index(BMI) and the positive rate were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The positive rate after the intervention in the telephone encouragement group was 89.74%(35139) ,which was significantly higher than 20.00%(7/35) in the control group,BMI after intervention was (21.7±5.4 ) kg/m2,which was significantly lower than ( 24.5 ±87.6) kg/m2 before intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The telephone encouragement can effectively increase the awareness of residents physical exercise and physi- cal exercise level ,reduces their BMI and is an effective measure for increasing the physical exercise level in adult residents of vil- lages and towns.
