摘要
基于鲍氏九要素城市生活空间质量评价指标体系,运用数理统计方法和相关分析法对武汉城市圈2010年城市生活空间质量进行影响因素分析和等级划分.结果表明:1根据相关系数r值,可将九要素分为标志因素(经济水平、交通状况、教育水平)、保障因素(住房条件、健康水平、娱乐设施、艺术水平)以及辅助要素(社会治安、气候条件);2武汉城市圈生活空间质量存在明显的等级差异,武汉和黄冈属于高等级质量水平生活空间,黄石、仙桃、孝感、潜江和天门属于中等级质量水平生活空间,鄂州和咸宁属于低等级质量水平生活空间.最后,结合影响因素和质量分级,针对性地对武汉城市圈的城市生活空间质量的提高提出了建议.
On the basis of the indicator system of the Boyer’s 9 components about the quality evaluation of urban living space,by using mathematical statistics method and correlation analysis method,we analyzed the influencing factors and several levels of the urban living space quality of Wuhan Metropolitan Area. The result show as follows. 1)according to the correlation coefficient r,we can divided the Boyer’s 9 components into symbol factors(economic level,traffic condition and education),security factors(housing condition,health level,entertainment facilities and art level)and assistance factors(social security and climate condition). 2)There are obvious different quality grades of the urban living space of Wuhan Metropolitan Area. Wuhan City and Huanggang City belong to the high quality level of urban living space,Huangshi City,Xiantao City,Xiaogan City,Qianjiang City and Tianmen City,belong to the medium,Erzhou City and Xianning City belong to the low. Finally,combined with the influencing factors and the quality grades,provide advices to improve the quality of urban living space quality of Wuhan Metropolitan Area.
