朱丹溪痛风方加减联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨中药联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法以2012年2月至2014年6月收治的符合诊断标准的类风湿关节炎患者72例为研究对象,随机分为试验组36例,对照组36例。两组患者均给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,疗程12周,同时辅助使用非甾体类抗炎药。试验组在此基础上应用朱丹溪痛风方加减方,观察两组患者治疗前后晨僵持续时间、关节疼痛指数、关节肿胀指数、血沉ESR、C反应蛋白CRP及类风湿因子RF等6项指标。结果两组疗效比较,试验组总有效率79.4%,优于对照组的总有效率56.3%,整体疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他体征和检查指标,多以试验组优出。不良反应率比较,试验组偏低,且两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效较明显。
