摘要
目的 探讨胺碘酮与美托洛尔联合用药治疗心律失常的临床效果.方法 选取2013年1月至2014年1月收治的快速型室性心律失常患者102例,将其分为观察组和对照组,观察组52例采用胺碘酮与美托洛尔联合用药,对照组50例选用胺碘酮单纯用药,观察两组患者的治疗有效率、起效时间以及治疗前后的心率和血压的变化.结果 观察组有效率为98.08％,明显高于对照组的70.00％,观察组相对于对照组起效快,其心率和血压的恢复也优于对照组.结论 胺碘酮与美托洛尔联合用药治疗快速型室性心律失常效果较好,起效快,恢复好,值得临床推广与应用.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol on cardiac arrhythmias.Methods One hundred and two patients with ventricular tachyarrhythmia were selected from January 2013 to January 2014,they were divided into observation group and control group,the observation group （52 cases）were treated with amiedarone combined with metoprolol,the control group（50 cases）were treated with amiodarone only.The efficiency rate,onset time,and changes of the heart rote and blood pressure between the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results The efficiiency rate of observation group was 98.08%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（70.00%）,the observation group has a rapid onset compared with the control group,and the blood pressure and heart rate recovery were better than those in the control group.Conclusions Amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias has good effect,fast acting,good restore,is worthy of clinical promotion.
