摘要
从理论上分析了R&D总体投入对就业结构的影响以及不同类型R&D投入对就业结构影响的差异,并基于存量数据进行了实证检验。研究发现,R&D投入优化了我国的就业结构,而不同类型的R&D投入对就业结构的影响存在差异。从资金来源来看,政府R&D投入释放了第一产业劳动力,而企业R&D投入增加了第二和第三产业的就业机会;从研究类型来看,基础研究和应用研究R&D投入释放了第一产业劳动力,而试验发展研究R&D投入增加了第三产业的就业机会。
This paper aims to analyze the effect of R&D inputs on the employment structure in China from the theoretical and empiri- cal perspectives. It is shown that: (1) R&D investment can decrease the employment of primary industry and increase the employment of secondary and tertiary industries, which promotes the optimization and upgrading of the employment structure. (2) Different types of R&D investment have different influences. From the perspective of different capital resources, government R&D investment plays an important role in releasing the labor resource of primary industry while enterprise R&D investment phys an important role in creating employment opportunities of secondary and tertiary industries. From the perspective of different research types, R&D investment in basic and applied researches is very important for releasing the labor resource of primary industry while R&D investment in experiment and development researches is vital for creating employment opportunities of tertiary industries.
