摘要
目的:探讨火针对脊髓损伤(SCI)模型大鼠神经功能缺损恢复程度和脊髓神经超微结构的影响。方法:选择SD大鼠,随机分为假手术组、火针治疗组、脊髓损伤对照组与空白对照组,采用改良Allen's法建立急性SCI模型,经火针治疗后,在不同时段运用Basso-Beattic-Bresnahan行为功能评分(BBB运动评分),取材后采用透射电镜进行超微结构观察。结果:电镜下火针治疗组大鼠脊髓损伤节段超微结构改变较脊髓损伤对照组有所减轻,有神经纤维修复再生。BBB评分提示火针治疗组与其他各组均有显著性差异(P<0.05),且火针治疗组评分均高于脊髓损伤对照组。结论:大鼠脊髓损伤后火针治疗可以促进神经功能的恢复。
Objective: To nal nerve ultrastructure in observe the influence model rats with spinal groups randomly:a fire needling group, a sham group. Modified Allen's method was applied to of fire needling on the recovery of neurological deficit and spicord injury. Methods:Male adult SD rats were divided into four operation group, an injured control group and a normal control prepare the spinal cord injured models. Locomotor function was evaluated by using Basso - Beattic - Bresnahan (BBB) needling therapy. Uhrastructure changes were detected scale at the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 10th and 14th day after fire by electron microscope. Results:Ultrastructure changes of rats in the fire needling group reduced less than those in the injured control group, and the nerve fibers were repaired and regenerated. BBB analysis of variance showed that there was a significant difference between fire needling group and others(P 〈 0.05 ). The scores on fire needling cured group were higher than others, Con- clusion:Fire needling could promote the recovery of neurological function after spinal cord injury.
