山东省市售生鲜肉中16种稀土元素含量的调查分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的检测分析山东省市售生鲜肉中16种稀土元素的含量。方法采取随机抽样的方法,在山东省14个地市的超市和集贸市场抽检了143份市售生鲜肉,经水洗匀浆微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),使用在线内标元素Re和Rh,用内标法检测生鲜肉中的16种稀土元素。结果 16种稀土元素的浓度范围为0.05μg/L^10.0μg/L,浓度与响应值呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均≥0.999 6。生鲜肉中稀土元素的含量(总量)为4.2μg/kg^280μg/kg,平均值为41.19μg/kg,按稀土氧化物计为49.46μg/kg。结论 GB 2762—2012《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》中只规定了植物性食品中按稀土氧化物总量计的限量要求,本文抽检的生鲜肉中稀土元素的含量显著低于标准中规定的限值。本结果将为我国制订相应的国家标准提供依据。 Objective To investigate and analyze the 16 rare earth elements( REEs) in fresh meat from Shandong market.Methods Random sampling of 143 fresh meat samples from the public market and large supermarket in 14 cities of Shandong province was conducted,16 REESs were analyzed with Re and Rh as online internal standards by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP- MS) with microwave digestion after homogenated. Results The concentration of 16 REEs showed a good linear relationship with the response in the range of 0. 05 μg / L to 10. 0 μg / L with the correlation coefficients greater than or equal to 0. 999 6. The total amount of 16 REEs in fresh meat ranged from 4. 2 μg / kg to 280 μg / kg,the average content was41. 19 μg / kg and was 49. 46 μg / kg by the rare earth oxide. Conclusion The National Food Safety Standards- Contaminants Limits in Food( GB 2762—2012) provides the limits of total amount of REEs according to the rare earth oxide in vegetable foods only,the results in this paper is significantly lower than the limits,and will provide the basis for formulating the corresponding national standard.
