湖北地区120名健康在校儿童尿肌酐及尿砷测定分析 被引量:3

Analysis of urinary creatinine and arsenic levels among 120 healthy school children in Hubei

摘要 目的为调查湖北地区儿童的尿肌酐及尿砷含量,在武汉市洪山区和宜昌市五峰县选取120名儿童,收集晨尿和24h尿液。方法采用试剂盒法测定尿肌酐浓度,原子荧光光谱法测定尿砷浓度。采用SPSS19.0进行统计分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果湖北地区120名儿童晨尿尿肌酐和尿砷浓度的平均值分别为1 017.92mg/L和15.50g/L。24h尿肌酐和尿砷浓度的平均值分别为855.13mg/L和12.28g/L。经肌酐校正后24h尿砷浓度在洪山区和五峰县分别为0.015和0.021mg/g Cr,五峰县高于洪山区(P<0.05);在幼儿园、小学、中学儿童中分别为0.027、0.012和0.011mg/g Cr。肌酐校正前后晨尿尿砷浓度与24h尿砷浓度的pearson相关系数分别为0.666和0.890(P均=0.000)。结论年龄小的儿童尿砷浓度较高,晨尿尿砷浓度与24h尿砷浓度具有高度线性相关性。 Objective The study was carried out to determine the urinary creatinine and arsenic levels in healthy school children in Hubei. Methods Early morning urine samples as well as 24 hours urine samples from 120 healthy children randomly selected in Hongshan district and Wufeng county were collected and the urinary creatitine and arsenic levels were determined by using creatinine assay kit and atomic fluorescence spectrometry.SPSS 19.0was used for statistical analysis. Results The average concentration of creatitine and arsenic in early morning and 24 hurine samples were 1 017.92mg/L and 15.50g/L,855.13mg/L and 12.28g/L,respectively.The concentration of arsenic in 24-hour urine samples corrected by urinary creatinine was higher among children in Wufeng county than in Hongshan distrist(0.021 vs 0.015mg/g Cr,P〈0.05),and were0.027,0.012 and 0.011mg/g Cr among children in kindergarten,elementary school and middle school,respectively.The Pearson correlation coefficients of urinary arsenic concentration of 24-hour and early morning urine samples prior to and after corrected by urinary creatinine were 0.666 and 0.890(P=0.000). Conclusions Younger children have higher urinary arsenic levels under the samilar arsenic exposure.There is a significant linear correlation of 24-hour urinary arsenic level and level in morning urine samples.
