摘要
目的了解基层医疗机构消毒质量状况,为加强基层医疗机构消毒隔离管理提供参考。方法采取回顾性调查方法,对北京某区城市社区等基层医疗机构消毒质量进行监测与分析。结果在2009-2013年期间从该区各级医疗机构共采集样品6 115件,消毒质量平均合格率为94.46%。各种监测对象中,以室内空气卫生质量合格率最低,为81.03%,压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果合格率为99.17%,其他项目合格率均在90%以上。不同类型基层医疗机构中,除医务室之外,消毒质量合格率均在93%以上。结论该区基层医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,室内空气和压力蒸汽灭菌器属于重点管理对象。
Objective To know the status of disinfection quality of primary-level medical institutions,in order to provide reference for strengthen the disinfection management of primary-level medical institutions. Methods Retrospective inves-tigation was used to monitor and analyze the disinfection quality of medical institutions in a district of Beijing. Results From 2009 to 2013,6 115 samples were collected in all kinds of level of medical institutions,the disinfection qualified rate was 94. 46%. The qualified rate of the indoor air was the lowest,which was 81. 03%. The qualified rate of pressure stream sterilizer was 99. 17%,and other were all above 90%. The average disinfection qualified rate of different level of primary-level medical institution were all above 93% except infirmary. Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institu-tions is good,indoor air and pressure stream sterilizer should be paid more attention.
