摘要
目的 通过对新疆某大学护理学专业实习生“健康评估”考核结果分析,探索理论教学的局限及模拟考核的“假象”,寻找教学中存在的问题,加强迷你临床演练评价量表(Mini-CEX)实地评价考核,真正提高护理学专业学生认知水平和实践综合能力.方法 在护理示教室,采用MiniCEX评价新疆某大学护理学专业实习生“健康评估”技能,并分析考核中存在的问题.结果 模拟考核中,“临床应变能力较强”不合格率最高,达到65.2%;“具备一定分析与判断能力”不合格率超过60.0%;“能够建立良好的护患关系,获得病人的信任感”及“常见心电图识别”不合格率超过50.0%;平均值为30.3%.结论 护理学专业实习生“健康评估”技能掌握存在一定缺陷及纠纷隐患,一些关键行为需要强化.临床教师应当结合护理工作特点,采取多科多次Mini-CEX实地评价考核等有效措施,加强实习生实践技能和综合素质的锻炼与培养,避免“高分低能”现象的延续.
Objective To find the problems existed in the teaching and to improve comprehensive practical abilities of nursing undergraduates through the test analysis of healthy assessment of the students in Xinjiang and the application of clinical Mini-CEX in on the spot assessment.Methods The healthy assessment skills of the students were evaluated in the demonstration classroom and the problems existed in the evaluation were analyzed.Results The item of "strong clinical strain ability" had highest unqualified rate,up to 65.2%;the " analysis and judgment ability" exceeding 60%;and the "doctor-patient relationship',"patients' sense of trust" and "Identify the common ECG" exceeding 50%,a mean of 30.3%.Conclusions There were some drawbacks in the healthy assessment test of Xinjiang practice nursing undergraduates,and some key performance should be reinforced.Clinical teachers should integrate nursing service with? multidisciplinary and multi-time Mini-CEX on the spot assessment to enhance students' comprehensive quality.
