摘要 随着超高层建筑高度不断提升,其地下室结构也越来越复杂,带来超大质量钢构件难吊装和厚板焊接难度较大等问题。并因超高层建筑大多临近地铁,对基坑支护要求非常严格,导致基坑支护及栈桥覆盖大面积地下室。通过对基坑支护及栈桥与地下室外框柱的影响关系及厚板焊接变形规律进行分析,采用合理而科学的吊装和焊接技术顺利完成了地下室外框柱的施工,确保了良好的施工质量。 With the rising height of super tall buildings, basement structures are more and more complex, which bring difficult issues such as hard hoisting for large weight steel components and hard welding for thick plate steels. And as most of super tall buildings are near subways, foundation excavation supports are very strictly required, which leads foundation excavation supports and trestles to cover a large area in the basement. By analyzing the relationship of foundation excavation supports and trestles and outer frame columns in the basement, as well as the deformation rule of welding for thick plate steels, reasonable and scientific hoisting and welding technology is used to complete the construction of outer frame columns in the basement successfully, ensuring good quality of the construction.
