摘要
利用熔融共混制备了一系列耐刮擦、软触感聚丙烯。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、十字划格仪、色差仪和硬度计研究了聚丙烯的种类与含量、玻璃纤维和滑石粉的含量对材料的硬度和耐刮擦性的影响。结果表明:由于具有良好的相容性,利用无规共聚聚丙烯与丙烯基弹性体,可以制备硬度低、软触感和耐刮擦聚丙烯;玻璃纤维则可以显著降低材料的线性膨胀系数,提高力学强度、热变形温度和耐刮擦性。
In this article,a series of soft tactile polypropylene compounds were prepared via blending extrusion. The effect of polypropylene and glass fiber on surface hardness and scratched-resistant properties were investigated via scanning electron microscope( SEM) ,colorimeter、scratching device and hardness tester. Combining of compati-ble propylene-ethylene random copolymer and propylene based elastomer,polypropylene compounds exhibited excel-lent comprehensive properties including lower hardness,soft tactile and heat resistance,which could meet the needs of automobile interiors. Glass fiber greatly reduced thermal expansion coefficient, improved mechanical strength, heat-distortion temperature and scratch resistance of polypropylene compounds.
