摘要
目的:建立斑蝥多脂肪酸成分毛细管气相色谱法(GC)含量测定方法。方法:采用石油醚索氏提取斑蝥脂肪油并甲酯化后,以棕榈酸、棕榈油酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生酸为指标性成分,通过GC同时测定斑蝥7种脂肪酸成分的含量。结果:7种脂肪酸含量存在一定产地差异性。结论:多脂肪酸成分的GC含量测定方法准确、可靠,为建立斑蝥多指标含量测定方法提供依据。
Objective: To establish a method for analyzing the chemical constituents of the fatty acids from Mylabris. Methods: The fatty oil of Mylabris was extracted by petroleum ether and analyzed by GC after methyl esterifying. The content of palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, octadecanoic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and arachidic acid were simultaneously analyzed. Results: Mylabris from different orgins are different in chemical composition of 7 kinds of fatty acid. Conclusion: This study provides an accurate and reliable method to analyze the fatty oils in Mylabris and could be a reference for determination of the content.
