纸质过刊是高校图书馆重要文献资料来源和情报信息资源的主要载体,为高校的教学、科研工作提供保障和支撑。介绍了高校图书馆纸质过刊的特点,分析了高校图书馆在纸质过刊管理方面存在的问题,提出了实现纸质过刊资源最大化效用的对策和建议。
The paper back issue, which is an important source of literature materials and a main carrier of information resources in university library, provides support and guarantee for university＇s teaching and scientific research. This paper introduces the features of the paper back issues in university library, analyzes the problems existing in the management of the paper back issues in university library, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on realizing the maximized effectiveness of the paper back issue resources.
