摘要
针对神华河北国华沧东发电有限责任公司4号锅炉在高压铸造阀门检修中壳体出现裂纹的情况,从铸件的内应力、热处理过程等方面进行分析,认为铸件存在内应力,热处理过程控制不当,壳体表面硬度超标是出现裂纹的原因,提出具体处理方案与预防措施。
Aiming at high voltage casting valve shell cracks during testing,this paper analyzes the causes from the aspects of the internal stress of cast and heating treatment,and considers that the internal stress,improper control of heating treatment process,and overproof of shell surface hardness are the the causes of the cracks,advances the treatment project and precautions.
