本简要介绍了挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)的来源和对人体的危害,综述了等离子体及等离子体协同吸附剂、催化剂处理VOCs废气技术的研究进展,并展望了等离子体技术的发展方向。
his paper briefly introduces the source of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) and its damage to human body, summarizes the research progress in treatment of waste gas containing VOCs by plasma or plasma combined with adsorbent and by catalyst process technology, and looks forward to the development direction of plasma technology.
