摘要
针对高档聚醚润滑油品的研制工作,开发了一种含硫-磷-氮型极压抗磨剂(代号为RHY319)。在四球摩擦磨损试验机上系统考察了RHY319添加剂在聚醚基础油中不同含量、不同载荷下的摩擦学性能,利用三维轮廓仪、XPS等表征手段探讨了添加剂的作用机理;结果表明,RHY319添加剂在聚醚基础油中具有良好的极压、抗磨、抗腐蚀性能;将RHY319应用到KGH型聚醚润滑油中,能够满足油品开发需求。
According to the developing requirement of polyalkylene glycol lubricating oil, a new EP/AW additive containing S-P-N titled RHY319 was synthesized in laboratory. Its tribological performance in base oil with different mass fractions and loads was evaluated on a four-bal tester, then the mechanism of additives was discussed by means of 3D Optical Profiler and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS). Results showed that RHY319 possesses excelent extreme pressure, anti-wear and anticorrosion properties in polyalkylene glycol. The KGH type polyalkylene glycol lubricating oil used RHY319 as main EP/AW additive can ful y satisfy the index requirements.
