摘要
文章通过化学成分分析、力学性能分析、金相分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析等检测项目,对S135钻杆管体纵裂失效的原因进行了全面分析。分析结果表明,裂纹面有明显硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂特征,判断此钻杆失效原因是由于硫化氢应力腐蚀引起,并提出降低此类失效发生的建议。
In this article, through chemical composition analysis, mechanic, al property analysis and metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectrum analysis, etc. , the S135 drill pipe failure reasons of longitudinal crack on the pipe body has been analyzed thoroughly. Analysis results show that the crack has obvious characteristics of hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking, so we judge the reason of the drill pipe failure is caused by hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion, and give some advices to reduce such failure.
