摘要
研究了钼酸铵及其与柠檬酸钠复配体系在1.0 mol/L氯化钠介质中对金属的缓蚀性能。通过静态失重法、交流阻抗法、极化曲线法、扫描电镜法等对金属的腐蚀速率、缓蚀效率、腐蚀机理及腐蚀形貌进行了研究。实验结果表明,在1.0 mol/L氯化钠介质中钼酸铵与柠檬酸钠复配缓蚀剂对Q235钢的缓蚀效率达到90%左右。钼酸铵属于阳极型缓蚀剂,在碳钢表面形成Fe Mo O4沉淀,阻止了阳极进一步溶解。钼酸铵和柠檬酸钠复配缓蚀剂对阴阳两极均有抑制作用,是一种混合型缓蚀剂,在电极表面形成Fe[(Mo O4)3(柠檬酸)]钝化膜,抑制了电极/溶液界面处的反应。
The corrosion inhibition performance of ammonium molybdate and its mixed system with sodium citrate for carbon steel in 1.0 mol/L Na Cl medium was studied.Through the static weight loss method,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,polarization curves,and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) etc.,metal corrosion rate,inhibition efficiency,corrosion mechanism,and morphology of corrosion were investigated.Results showed that the inhibition efficiency of molybdate and its mixed system corrosion inhibitor for Q235 carbon steel in the Na Cl medium reached about 90%.Ammonium molybdate belonged to the type of anode corrosion inhibitor.It can form Fe Mo O4 precipitate on the steel surface,which prevented the further dissolving of the anode.The mixed corrosion inhibitor by ammonium molybdate and citric acid had inhibition effects on both anode and cathode,which was a mixed type inhibitor.The Fe [(Mo O4)3(Cit)] passivation coating on the surface of electrode prevented the reactions at the electrode/solution interface.
