摘要 目的探讨助产士工作压力状况。方法采用问卷调查方法 ,调查本院70名助产士工作压力状况。结果助产士工作压力前5个得分最高条目分别为:担心工作中出现差错事故,担心目职业暴露的危险,助产士工作未被患者及家属承认,上班的助产士数量少,工资及其他福利待遇低。不同学历及不同工作年限助产士工作压力得分情况比较,均P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论助产士在工作中压力较大,应提高其自身业务水平,管理部门应提供足够人力保障及建立支持系统,以减轻助产士工作压力,从而提高其工作积极性。 Objective To investigate the working pressure in midwives. Method Seventy midwives in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University were investigated by a questionnaire to evaluate the level of work stress.Results The top 5 pressure sources were as follows: the accident at work, risky occupational exposure, un-recognition by patients and their relatives, small number of nurses, welfares including wages and other benefits. There was no significant difference in the total pressure scores between the nurses with different degrees and ages(all P〉0.05). Conclusions The midwives suffer from great pressure at work. It is suggested that the midwives should improve their professional competency and the administrators should build support system to ensure an enough number of manpower and the construction of midwife supporting system so as to reduce their work pressure and enhance their incentive in nursing practice.
