摘要
绝缘和护套外形尺寸的测量目前主要依据卡尺、显微镜、投影仪等传统测量方式,这些测量方式存在诸多弊端。设计出一套快速、方便、稳定的电缆绝缘厚度自动测试系统,对电线电缆行业快速发展有重要意义。而基于光学成像、图像处理、识别和机器视觉等方法形成的一种新型检测技术,很好地解决了手工测量的缺点。检测结果也证实了这种测试方法具有更优越的性能。
There are many drawbacks of manual operation in the measurement of insulating & sheathing materials geometry. Design of automatic testing system that can testing quick,convenient,stable,that have important significance to the rapid development of wire and cable industry. A new detection technology based onoptical imaging,image processing,recognition and machine vision method,a very good solution to the shortcomings of manual measurement is formed. Test results also confirmed that this test method has better performance.
