摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证疗法在老年高血压治疗中的临床效果。方法:从我院2012年3月-2014年3月收治的老年高血压患者中选取92例进行回顾性分析,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组46例,对照组行西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行中医辨证治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.30%,明显高于对照组的76.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年高血压治疗中,运用中医辨证疗法,能有效控制血压,减少不良反应,值得临床推广运用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of TCM therapy on elderly hypertension. Methods： 92 patients were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014, and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 46 cases for each group. The control group was given western medicine; the observation group was given TCM differentiation more; the curative effects in two groups were observed. Results： The total efficiency was 91.30% in the observation group, significantly higher than that in the control group （76.09%）, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating hypertension in TCM differentiation cart effectively control blood pressure, reduce adverse reactions, is worthy of promotion.
