摘要
嵌顿痔是肛肠外科最常见的急症,也是痔最常见和最严重的并发症之一。临床表现为肛门肿物脱出,难以送回肛门,内伴肿胀、疼痛等症状。这类疾病常起病急、疼痛剧烈,使患者坐立难安,严重影响其工作及生活。若立即行手术治疗,则切口较大,手术难度大,术后易出现水肿和出血,恢复期较长。我科采用自拟中药熏洗液坐浴患处后,结合手术治疗嵌顿痔,疗效满意,现报告如下。

Clinical manifestations： Unmoral tumor prolapse, pain and other symptoms. This kind of disease often come with acute onset, severe pain, restless, bad life quality. If the immediate operation to be coming,the operation will be difficult. The TCM bathing plus the operation is effectively on incarcerated hemorrhoid, reported as follows now.
