摘要
推行主体设计单位工程总承包的建设模式将成为水电移民工程建设的主流模式。从工程总承包的发展历程出发,结合实际工作经验,对当前水电移民工程总承包的发展现状、特点及优势进行了分析。同时,对当前水电移民工程总承包工作中存在的问题进行了剖析,并提出了对策措施和建议。
The mainstream of resettlement project construction mode in hydropower development is resettlement project EPC contracted by the design unit of main hydraulic structures of hydropower project. The current status, features and advantages of resettlement project EPC are analyzed in view of the development process of project EPC and based on practical experiences. Meanwhile, the current problems of resettlement project EPC in hydropower development are also analyzed and some countermeasures and suggestions are prol3osed.
