摘要
基于协同作用理论和溶液化学计算,对铅锌硫化矿组合抑制剂的协同作用机理进行了研究,结果表明:组合抑制剂对铅锌矿物产生的协同作用利于铅锌分离,且合理调整组合抑制剂比例可以提高药剂利用率。据此进行选矿试验研究,获得铅精矿含铅60.92%、铅回收率88.24%,银回收率64.76%;锌精矿含锌45.83%、锌回收率87.47%;硫精矿含硫43.89%、硫回收率70.60%的良好指标。
The synergy effect mechanism of inhibitors on leadzinc sulfide ore was preliminary discussed according to the synergy effect theory and solution chemistry calculation.The results showed that the synergistic effects were conducive for separating lead and zinc,and reasonably adjusting the reagent proportion could improve the utilization ratio of reagents.Accordingly,mineral processing experiments were carried out.A lead concentrate with lead grade of 60.92%and recovery of 88.24%,a zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 45.83% and recovery of 87.47%,as well as a sulphur concentrate with sulphur grade of 43.89% and recovery of70.60% were obtained.
