摘要
作为国家重大对外战略,"一带一路"有着丰富内涵和多重目标。本文从中国经济转型升级的角度,从全球、地区和周边三个层次分析"一带一路"战略的时间背景。该战略通过对外拓展空间,将为中国经济转型升级创造有利条件,赢取宝贵时间。"一带一路"的实施充满各种挑战,为此,作者提出促进该战略实施的几点建议。
The Belt and RoadInitiatives has rich connotations and multiple objectives as China's major foreign strategy. This paper starts from the perspective of China's economic transformation and upgrading, and studies the 'time' background of the Belt and Road Initiatives at global, regional and periphery levels. The Belt and Road Initiatives will create favorable conditions and win precious time for China's economic transformation and upgrading by expanding the space abroad. As the 'space' of the Belt and Road Initiatives is full of various challenges, this author has made several proposals for promoting the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiatives.
