摘要
为了验证阀门的抗震性能,基于有限元分析方法,应用NASTRAN计算阀门整机的振动模态以及在承受地震载荷及组合载荷共同作用下的应力及变形,然后根据ASME规范对承压边界部件作出应力评定和强度校核。结果表明,该核级风道调节阀在地震载荷及组合载荷作用下能保持结构完整性。
Based on the finite element analysis method, the vibration mode of the whole valve was calculated by NASTRAN for verifying the seismic performance of the valve. The finite element model of valve, which subjected to the seismic load and combi- ning load, was built to determine stress and deformation. And then stress evaluation and strength check were performed in accord- ance with ASME code. The results show that nuclear air duct regulator due to shutdown earthquake and combining load can satisfy the requirement of structure integrity.
