摘要 移动互联网时代,电信产业在受到OTT业务巨大冲击的同时,也获得了难得的机遇。电信运营商可以通过平台化运行,为用户、OTT业务开发商、互联网公司、垂直行业应用商家等组成的商业生态系统创造多边、多产业互利共赢的商业机会,进而获得持续性的商业成功。详细阐述了移动互联网时代商业生态系统和移动网络面临的新环境,进而提出移动网络响应系统架构和需要实现的关键技术,最后指出响应系统方案实施已具备的基础和需要深入的方向。 In the era of mobile Internet, telecom industry envisages great challenges of OTT services, meanwhile, this also brings valuable opportunities to telecom industry. Telecom operators can employs the platform operation to achieve win-win business opportunities and business success for the whole business ecosystem, including users, OTT service developers, Internet sompanies as well as vertical industry applications etc. It investigates the commercial ecosystem of mobile Internet as well as Ihe new environment of mobile network in details. Then, it describes the architecture of mobile network response system and ts required key functionalities. Finally, it introduces both the basis already for the implementation of this mobile network response system, and its further direction.
