摘要
通过回顾通信业务的发展历程,指出目前的发展方式面临瓶颈。提出需要在移动互联网时代,运用新的思维模式和技术手段开拓新的蓝海。按照不同的用户维度进行了分析:对于个人用户,需运用互联网思维开展差异化的营销方式,并加强对大数据的分析;对于家庭用户,需推进固移融合业务,使用户家庭成为智慧城市的入口;对于政企客户,需构建灵活的智慧平台,拓展服务的深度和广度。
It points out the bottleneck of the development mode by reviewing communication business development history. It need use new thinking mode and technical means to explore the new blue ocean in mobile Internet age. It gives the analysis in different user dimensions. For individual customers, it need to carry out differentiated marketing methods, and strengthen the analysis of big data; for family customers, it need to promote FMC service, make home becoming the entrance of smart city; for government and enterprise customers, it need to build flexible platform to expand the deoth and breadth of communication services.
