摘要
以带引射器的多级导流叶轮航空燃油离心泵为研究对象,开展了该型离心泵性能数值模拟研究.通过数值模拟结果与试验数据的对比,验证了基于Pumplinx下该型离心泵性能仿真的正确性;通过分析离心泵轴向与径向中间截面的压力分布研究内流场特性,并在该泵最差气蚀工况下的分析了气蚀特性,给出完全气蚀状态下的气液两相分布以及预测了离心泵的Δh-H特性曲线.研究表明:带引射器的多级导流叶轮航空燃油离心泵数值模拟的扬程效率以及气蚀特性曲线与试验数据吻合.在小流量工作范围下内流场压力分布均匀稳定,增压效果明显;当进口压力为0.018MPa时产生完全气蚀状态,小于技术要求最小进口压力0.027MPa,因此该泵的工作要求范围下不会产生气蚀现象.
Targeting the multi-diversion aero fuel centrifugal pumps with ejector,the numerical simulation of the centrifugal pump was performed.By comparing the simulation data with test data,the simulation's accuracy was identified by Pumplinx.The inner flow characteristics of the model were calculated by analyzing the pressure of middle axial and middle radial areas.Then cavitation characteristic was simulated in the worst operating conditions;and the gas-liquid two-phase distribution of the pump's full cavitation state was given at itsΔh values andΔh-H curve was acquired.Studies have shown that this centrifugal pump's head,efficiency and cavitation characteristic curve of numerical simulation meet the test data.Pressure of inner flow is steady,and could make high pressure at high efficiency under small flow states;meanwhile,it could not produce cavitation within its operating range at the input pressure of 0.018 MPa,less than the input pressure of 0.027 MPa for technical requirements at its full cavitation state.
