基于知识发现的Nanopublication语义模式研究 被引量：1

摘要 随着科技的快速发展,科研工作者越来越重视对Nanopublication的研究,为了研究Nanopublication语义模式下构建的网图结点间潜在关联,本文基于知识发现以人类遗传疾病塞克尔综合征为例,探析Nanopublication语义网图的有向关联和无向关联,对不同的关联采用不同的模型推导,得出最终的塞克尔综合征Nanopublication关联关系结果图,最后分析并提出Nanopublication语义关联模式的偏差、不足及其原因,并强调利用知识发现探析的实际意义。
