Determination of Citrate in Leisure Foods by Ion Chromatography

摘要 建立了离子色谱法测定休闲食品中柠檬酸、柠檬酸盐含量的方法。采用标准曲线法定量,柠檬酸浓度在1.0~20.0μg/mL的范围内,线性方程为y=0.049 9x-0.017 4,线性相关系数为0.998 2,方法的检出限为0.015μg/mL,加标回收率为96.9%~101.6%,方法具有简单、快速、重现性好等优点。 A method for the determination of citric acid and citrate in leisure foods by ion chromatography was studied in this paper. The results show that a good linear relationship was obtained in the range of 1.0-20.0 μg/mL of citrate with the linear equation of y = 0. 049 9x- 0. 017 4 and the correlation coefficient of 0. 998 2. The method detection limit was 0. 015μg/mL and the recoveries were 96.9% 101.6%. This method was proved to be simple, fast and good reproducibility.
