摘要
为解决传统散货装箱工艺存在的货损高、效率低和能耗高等问题,研发一种散货装箱卸车平台。该平台采用卸车桥和装箱皮带机组的结构形式,实现货物的不落地装箱以及散货卸车、装箱的连续作业,具有效率高、能耗低、污染少和成本低等优点。
In order to solve the high cargo damage, low efficiency, and high energy consumption of the traditional bulk packing process, a bulk packing unloading platform is designed. The unloading bridge and packing belt conveyor unit are adopted in this platform, which achieves cargo packing off the ground and continuous operation of bulk unloading packing. The platform is a good example in light of high efficiency, low energy consumption, low pollution and low cost.
