摘要
在油酸和乙醇的混合溶剂中,用溶剂热法,190℃加热反应6h成功合成了LaF3:Ce3+/Tb3+晶体.并用SiO2对LaF3:Ce3+/Tb3+进行包裹,制备了LaF3:Ce3+/Tb3+的复合纳米材料.借助X射线衍射分析、傅里叶红外光谱、荧光谱图等测试方法对材料进行表征,XRD数据表明,合成的LaF3:Ce3+/Tb3+晶体PDF标准卡号为77-2028.IR数据显示,LaF3:Ce3+/Tb3+晶体表面成功包裹上了SiO2.由荧光谱图可知,包裹前后LaF3:Ce3+/Tb3+晶体荧光发射峰峰形发生改变,主要发射峰发生了红移.
LaF3:Ce^3+/Tb^3+ particles were synthesized by using solvothermal method in the mixed solvents of ethanol and oleic acid at 190℃ for 6h.The SiO2 was coated on the LaF3:Ce^3+/Tb^3+ particles.The as-prepared LaF3:Ce^3+/Tb^3+ crystals were investigated by X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and fluorescent spectroscopy.The powder X-ray diffraction(XRD)showed that the PDF of LaF3:Ce^3+/Tb^3+ crystal was 77-2028.IR absorptaion spectra showed that the SiO2 in on the surface of LaF3:Ce^3+/Tb^3+ crystals.The fluoredcent spectra showed that the shape of emission peak was change and the main fluorescent peak of perticles of modified LaF3:Ce^3+/Tb^3+ were red-shift.
