摘要
新旧教育思想和教学理念的冲突,难免会造成教师内心的纠结。自我情结、知识情结和目标情结等内心困惑就是教师内心纠结的集中体现,往往影响课堂教学活动的实际效果。围绕三种情结的内涵进行深入剖析,有助于澄清人们的思想认识,消除教师心中的矛盾,改变教师的教学行为,促进学生更好地成长和发展。
It is hard to avoid conflicts in teacher's heart between the new and old types of education theories and philosophies. Ego complex, knowledge complex, target complex and other inner perplexities are the central reflection of teachers' inner tangle, which would always affect the practical results of classroom teaching activities. An in-depth analysis of the three complexes' connotation will help the clarifying of the ideological understanding, the elimination of teachers' inner perplexities, and the transformation of teachers' teaching behaviors, finally to improve students' growth and development in a better way.
