摘要
校长课程领导力是推动学校课程发展的重要因素之一。校长课程领导力的这种重要性,使得越来越多的研究者将关注的目光聚焦于此。中小学校长课程领导力的研究,取得了丰硕的研究成果。已有研究多将关注点聚焦在课程开发与实践领域,中小学校长课程领导力本身的结构,受到关注不够。这有待于深入研究。
The principals' curriculum leadership is one of the important factors to promote the development of school curriculum. The importance of principals' curriculum leadership has drawn more and more researchers' attention to this issue. Research on principals' curriculum leadership of primary and secondary schools have achieved fruitful outcomes. However, these researches mainly focus on the development and practice of curriculum itself, neglecting the structure of principals' curriculum leadership, which needs to be further studied.
