摘要
为了充分挖掘和利用档案管理的信息资源价值,着力解决创新型国家和社会建设对档案管理新的需求,在对档案基本内涵和发展、档案双元价值观的提出和发展、创新理论发展等理论和工具进行系统梳理和探讨基础上,重点研讨上述不同理论间的关联、档案价值的实现策略和现实障碍,厘清和分析了协同创新视角下档案双元价值的实现要素及相互关系,对档案双元价值的实现路径进行了阐述和探讨,得出充分利用协同创新平台,可以有效实现档案双元价值的结论。
In order to fully exploit the value of archive management as information resources, and meet new demands of archive management in building innovative country and society, the paper, after presenting connotation of archives, emergence and development of the archival dualistic value, and development of innovation theory, examined the relevance among the above-mentioned theories, implementing strategies and obstacles in the realization of archive value, and analyzed the realization factors of archival dualistic value under collaborative innovation perspective, and the validation of archival dualistic value, and concluded that the full utilization of collaboration innovative platform can fully realize archival dualistic value.
