摘要
对步进电动机控制系统的组成进行了介绍,分析了传统步进控制器和可编程逻辑控制器的优缺点。提出了在步进电动机控制系统中采用TC55控制器。介绍了TC55控制器的操作方法、软件编程、输入/输出接口的使用方法,给出了控制器与驱动器的连接图,以上蜡机为例,编写了软件程序。通过对实际样机的调试,证明了软件程序编写的准确性和硬件连接的正确性。TC55控制器代替了可编程逻辑控制器,在实现系统要求的同时,降低了成本。另外,系统软件程序编辑相对简单,大大提高了工程产品的实际应用价值。
The stepping motor control system are introduced, analyzed the advantages and disadvanta- ges of the traditional stepping motor controller and programmable logic controller. It proposes adopting TC55 controller in the stepping motor control system . It introduces the method of operation, software programming, input/output interface of the TC55 controller. Connection diagram of the controller and driver has been given. The software has been given also as an example of wax machine. It has proved the accuracy and correctness about software program and hardware connection through debugging the actual prototype. The TC55 controller instead of the programmable logic controller, realizes the system requirements at the same time, reduces the cost of the system. In addition, the system software program is relatively simple in editing, greatly improving the engineering application value.
