摘要
将基于问题学习的教学方法—PBL(problem based learning)教学法引入到制药工程专业综合设计性实验的教学过程中。以阿司匹林的合成、制备及含量测定实验为例,探讨了PBL教学法在制药工程综合设计性实验教学中实施的可行性、具体的实施方法以及存在的一些问题。结果表明PBL教学法通过学生和教师之间的沟通,促进学生自主学习和主动思考,能显著增强学生解决问题的能力,教学效果显著。
PBL (problem based learning) is applied to the teaching of synthetic and designing experi- ments for pharmaceutical engineering. In the case of aspirin synthesis, tablet preparation and content determination, feasibility and implementation of PBL in synthetic designing experiments and personal views derived of this process are discussed. Results showed that PBL significantly enhances students' learning initiative and practices students' ability to analyze and solve problems by the communication between students and teachers.
