摘要
通过对实践教学平台的运行模式进行规划,明确专业型人才和学术型人才的培养目标,探索在实验课程设置、师资力量建设、实验设备管理、加强校企合作以及与科研组合作等方面进行强化,引导性地培养本科生在实践或科研方面的兴趣和基本能力。实践能力强的学生可以选择成为专业型人才,爱好理论基础研究的学生可以选择成为学术型人才,这样就为以后选择继续深造的途径做好铺垫。
Operational mode of practical teaching platform was designed for training objectives of pro- fessional talent and academic talent. In order to cultivate interest and base ability of undergraduate, the adjustments were explored in aspects such as the set of experimental curriculums, construction of teachers level, management of experimental facilities, cooperation between school and enterprise and cooperation with research groups. Students with strong practical ability can devote oneself to be profes- sional talent, and students who interested in basic study can bend oneself to be academic talent, which will be benefit for their later continue education.
