摘要
以《人力资源管理基础》课程为例,提出了以TOC为导向的课堂教学模式,通过教学内容、教学方法、教学活动、教学评价等来一层层的实现教学目标的课堂教学组织过程。具体目标涉及到学生的知识、情感、价值观以及专业技能等方面的培养。主要目的是通过管理类课程课堂教学模式的改革,提升学生的知识、能力及各种素质,达到人才培养的整体要求,培养更多的管理类创新人才。
A TOC-oriented teaching mode is proposed based on the course of "human resource management", through which the teaching objectives are achieved gradually by the teaching contents, methods and activities as well as its assessments. Its specific goals refer to the cultivation of students' knowledge, emotion, value as well as their expertise.Its main purpose is to enrich students' knowledge and enhance their ability coupled with some other qualities by the innovation of the class teaching mode in managerial courses, so as to meet the overall requirements for talent training, thereby to cultivate more creative talents.in the field of management.
