1470nm半导体激光治疗重度前列腺增生的分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨经尿道1 470 nm半导体激光汽化术治疗重度良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析应用1 470 nm半导体激光治疗80例体积>80 ml良性前列腺增生患者,分析其临床治疗及术后疗效。结果本组80例患者手术均取得成功,平均手术时间(60±28)min,术中出血量少,均未输血;术后1、3、6个月国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量指数(QOL)评分、最大尿流率(Qmax)及残余尿量测定(PRP)、前列腺体积改变与术前比较均改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用1 470 nm半导体激光治疗重度BPH,具有创伤小、安全性高、并发症少等优点,1 470 nm半导体激光是治疗BPH的一种安全、有效的方法。
