摘要
目的观察海藻牡蛎消瘿汤联合西药治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效。方法将164例甲状腺功能亢进症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组82例。对照组予甲巯咪唑,治疗组在对照组治疗措施基础上加海藻牡蛎消瘿汤。两组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效及不良反应,随访1年观察复发情况,比较症状积分、甲状腺激素(TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4及TSH)水平的变化情况。结果 1最终完成试验病例160例。2治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为95.00%和82.50%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组间治疗后比较,中医证候积分、TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4及TSH水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4组间复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。5组间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论海藻牡蛎消瘿汤联合西药治疗甲状腺功能亢进症,可缓解症状,调节甲状腺激素水平,降低复发率。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ＂ Haizao Muli Xiaoying Decoction＂ combined with western medicine on the treatment for hyperthyroidism. Methods 164 patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into treatment group and control group equally. The control group was treated with methimazole, and the treatment group was treated with ＂Haizao Muli Xiaoying Decoction＂ based on the control group. The course of the two groups was 3 months. The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were observed, and the recurrence of I year follow-up was observed, at the same time, syndrome score, levels of thyroid hormone （ TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4 and TSH） were compared. Results ① 80 cases had completed in the test. ② The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 95.00% and 82.50% respectively; there was statistically difference of the clinical efficacy between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ③ After the treatment, there was statistically difference in TCM syndrome score, levels of T3, TF4, FT3, FT4 and TSH （ P 〈 0.05）.④ There were statistically difference in recurrence rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ⑤ There was no significant difference between the two groups in adverse reaction （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Haizao Mull Xiaoying Decoction＂ combined with western medicine on the treatment of hyperthyroidism can relief syndrome, regulating the levels of thyroid hormone, and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate.
