摘要
在新时代背景下,贯穿多个学科的整合型课程成为了管理教育发展的方向。以知识内容整合、教师资源整合以及学员角色整合为切入点,整合型课程被认为是解决现有管理教育中存在的诸如课程单元的孤岛化、知识体系的碎片化以及教学组织的凝固化等痼疾的一剂良药。整合型课程的模式多种多样,为了更好地在我国管理教育中推广这种课程,国内商学院应改革组织形式、重构课程内容以及加大政策支持,教师需打破学科内合作惯性、培养跨学科教学素质以及强化团队化教学意识,而学员则要建立学思相长的学习模式、保持积极主动的学习态度。
In the new era, integrated curriculum that synthesizes many disciplines has been the new developing direction for management education. With breakthroughs of integration in knowledge, teacher resource and student role, integrated curriculum has been regarded as an excellent solution to the existing problems in management education, such as isolation of courses, fragmentation of knowledge system, rigidity of education organization. There are various types of integrated curriculum. In order to put integrated curriculum into practice in China, business schools should reform the organization pattern, redesign course contents and increase supporting policies; teachers should break the inertia of cooperating inside disciplines, cultivate interdisciplinary teaching qualities and strengthen team-oriented teaching; students should establish reciprocal patterns between learning and thinking and remain proactive attitudes towards learning.
