摘要
为了实现对远程电镀厂区离子浓度的实时远程监控,设计了一种基于Zig Bee无线传感网络技术的离子浓度远程监控系统,系统采用Zig Bee无线传感网络技术并结合GPRS技术和图形化编程软件Lab View 2011实现,设计的系统最终实现了对远程厂区离子浓度的实时远程监控。经实际的运行测试表明,达到了对远程厂区离子浓度进行远程实时监控的设计要求,为电镀行业中镀件产品科学、高效、安全、优质的加工生产提供了可靠的保障。
In order to realize the remote monitoring of ion concentration,the article introduces a kind of remote monitoring system of ion concentration based on Zig Bee wireless sensor network technology. The system adopts Zig Bee wireless sensor network technology combined with GPRS and Lab View 2011 to implement remote real-time monitoring and control of the ion concentration. Through the test,the system reaches the design requirements and provides the reliable guarantee for the plating product scientific,high efficient,safe,high-quality production.
